Natural Hair Bleach Mask Recipe (Not Intended For Dark/Red Hair)

Natural Hair Bleach Mask With No Harmful Ingredients

Hello hairoholics,

today I wanted to share a recipe that will significantly lighten your hair over time with natural ingredients and without any unnatural chemicals. It is a great substitute to chemical salon treatments and it will strengthen your hair very well. If you are a light brunette, it may take a while for this mask to lighten your hair so don't be afraid. If you are going for an ombre look, apply the mask to the ends of your hair only. If you are already a blonde, you can use this mask to refresh your color and add bright highlights. If you are a dark brown/red head/black haired gal, steer clear of this mask unless you want orange hair!

The ingredients needed for this mask are probably already in your kitchen pantry. Honey and lemon naturally contain traces of peroxide, chamomile is an herb that also has lightening properties. If you do not have the individual chamomile herb, tear up a chamomile tea bag and take out the herb inside. Bananas and Greek yoghurt are known to nourish hair, make sure to use plain Greek yoghurt. Let's get started!

Ingredients:

1-2 cups plain Greek yoghurt as the base of the mask (depending on your hair length)
4-5 tbsp. of pure, natural honey (honey that comes from your local farm is best)
1 tbsp. dried chamomile herb
2 tbsp. of lemon juice
1-2 bananas (depending on your hair length)

Mix all of the ingredients into the base (Greek yoghurt) and apply onto your hair from lengths to roots. Sit under a dryer or better yet the Sun to warm the mask and let it penetrate your hair follicles,  wash it out after 2 hours. Do the mask twice a week for noticeably blonder, stronger hair.
